The storage

The storage also plays an important role in the quality of our olive oil. Immediately after export, it is stored and sealed in stainless steel tanks, in a special place free from humidity, light, and high temperatures, which can store our oil for a long time without it losing its freshness, color and taste as its temperature is SET at 15o C + -3 while the ideal temperature to keep the oil unchanged is at 15ο C.
